Returns

You have 14 days from the day your order arrives to tell me you want to return it. Write to hello@chrisblaylock.com with your order number and I'll send return instructions.

Prints must come back unused and in their original packaging. A framed print goes back in the box it came in. Once the return arrives, I'll refund the full price within 14 days, to the payment method you used. Return postage is yours to cover unless the print arrived damaged or wrong. Framed prints are bigger and heavier to send back, so it's worth checking the size before you order.

Damaged or wrong orders

If your print arrives damaged, or the wrong print, size or frame turns up, send a photo to hello@chrisblaylock.com within 14 days of delivery. That includes a cracked frame or a scratched or cracked acrylic front. I'll have it remade and reshipped at no cost to you. You don't need to send the damaged one back.
