Shipping policy
Production
Every print is made to order at the printing facility nearest the delivery address, so an order going to Europe is printed in Europe and an order going to the United States is printed in the United States.
Rolled prints usually leave the lab within 1 to 4 working days. Framed prints are framed by hand after printing and take a little longer, usually up to a week before they ship.
Delivery estimates
These are estimates for standard shipping, counted from dispatch, not from when you order.
- Spain and the European Union: 5 to 7 working days
- United Kingdom: 2 to 3 working days
- United States: 4 to 6 working days
- Rest of world: 10 to 15 working days

Framed prints

If an order has both, you pay both rates. Framed prints can't be shipped to Canada at the moment. Rolled prints can.
Packaging
Rolled prints are wrapped in tissue and shipped in a sturdy cardboard tube. Smaller prints may arrive flat in a rigid cardboard envelope.
Framed prints ship flat in a protective box, ready to hang. The front is acrylic, not glass, so it's lighter and won't shatter in transit.
Customs
Because printing happens close to you, most orders never cross a customs border. Where one does, any duties or import taxes are the buyer's responsibility.
Tracking
Orders ship with tracking where the carrier provides it, and you'll get the details by email. If your parcel hasn't moved for a week, write to hello@chrisblaylock.com and I'll chase it.
