Shipping policy

Every print is made to order. Prints are usually produced within 1 to 4 working days before the parcel ships, and most leave the lab inside 48 hours.

Orders are produced at the printing facility nearest the delivery address, so an order going to Europe is printed in Europe and an order going to the United States is printed in the United States.

These are estimates for standard shipping, counted from dispatch, not from when you order. Add the production time above for the full picture.

Prints are hand rolled in protective tissue paper and shipped in a sturdy cardboard tube. Smaller prints may instead arrive in a rigid cardboard envelope.

Because printing happens close to you, most orders never cross a customs border. Where one does, any duties or import taxes are the buyer's responsibility.

Orders ship with tracking where the carrier provides it, and you'll get the details by email. If your parcel has not moved for a week, write to art@rule6.io and I'll chase it.
